Return Policy
- Returns can be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for return.
- The return must include all original components, such as price tags, labels, accessories, and the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Products that are damaged due to use, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
- Products purchased during offers, discounts, promotional sales, or clearance events are non-returnable.
- Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error from Dentomech.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
- All returns are subject to inspection and quality checks by the Dentomech team.
Exchange Policy
- We offer a 10-Day Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact to qualify for an exchange.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
- If you ordered the wrong size or specification, you may return the product as per the return policy and place a new order.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection approval.
Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order has been shipped.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customers must contact us at support@dentomech.in with their order number to request a cancellation.
- If eligible, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method or a store credit will be provided based on your preference.
