All prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Entry taxes, octroi, and other local charges, if any, must be borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items without prior notice.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Products are dispatched via registered courier or India Post. Orders will be shipped within 30 working days of payment confirmation. Dentomech is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies. Delivery will be made to the address specified during the order process.

8. Cancellation & Returns

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order and before the order is shipped. Any approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. Products purchased during discounts or promotional offers are non-returnable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dentomech shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or viruses resulting from your access to or use of the site. In no case shall our total liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dentomech, its affiliates, and its team from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your misuse of the website or violation of these terms.

• Shipping charges apply to orders below ₹2000. Minimum forwarding charge is ₹200.
• International orders must be placed manually via email.
